Print, Scan, Copy

Printing, scanning, and copying are available in library spaces and managed by the Campus Life Services Print Management Program. Log in to DM WebPay with your UCSF email address and password, and then add funds to your account.

Costs to print or make copies:

  • $0.12 cents per page: black and white, single-sided
  • $0.24 cents per page: black and white, double-sided
  • $0.25 cents per page: color, single-sided
  • $0.50 cents per page: color, double-sided

There is no cost to scan pages then email or save those files. There are flatbed scanners available, as well as Xerox machines with a document feeder that can scan to PDF.

Please note that refunds for any unused funds are not available.

You must print from a shared computer workstation at one of these locations (not your personal laptop).

  • Living Room, main floor – double-sided, scan/copy, black-and-white or color
  • CL240 Tech Commons lab – double-sided, black-and-white
  • CL230 computer classroom – double-sided, scan/copy, black-and-white or color
