The UCSF Library Data Science and Open Scholarship team is excited to announce that Marlene Lin has joined our team as a new student teaching assistant (TA) for the next year! Together with returning TA Fred Jiang, Marlene will assist with our classes and staff the Data Science Help Desk. This will allow us to offer more data science training opportunities for the UCSF community. Marlene shares that her new position integrates well with her current coursework and she’s excited to help health sciences researchers use computational tools to analyze their data. Look for Marlene in an upcoming workshop, and be sure to say “hi” if you see her online!
