The Learning Tech Group (LTG) is rolling out a series of e-learning courses to support faculty with their continued professional development. Our first course is about Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
UDL is a framework with guidelines that can be used by educators, curriculum developers, researchers, and anyone else who wants to implement the UDL framework in a learning environment. These guidelines offer a set of concrete suggestions that can be applied to any discipline or domain to ensure that all learners can access and participate in meaningful, challenging learning opportunities.
Explore this self-paced course. The course begins by walking you through an overview and history of UDL. You will also learn about the key principles of UDL and the corresponding guidelines, and will take away concrete items you can apply to a new or existing course.
Happy learning!
