As previously announced, the Library updated the look and functionality of our printing service on June 17. Feedback so far has been very positive, noting faster print speed, ease in queuing and tracking print jobs, and duplex printing within the ILCs. If you had funds in your printing account, your balance was transferred to the new system.

Additional service enhancements, such as printing from laptops, will be announced as they become available.
