UCSF students, faculty and staff can use wireless to connect to the Internet and the campus network from many UCSF locations. To use wireless, you must have an active
GALEN Account and you will need to
View/Modify your account to include your wireless network adapter address. Printing is not currently available using wireless.
Consultants are available in the ILC Library and the ILC South (S166) during
scheduled hours. Please use the
ILC contact form during after hours or on weekends. Staff will respond the next business day.
Download this hotfix if you have installed Windows XP Service Pack 3 and cannot get wireless after the update. You will need to accept Microsoft’s usage agreement and submit your email address. We recommend you first copy this onto a flash drive from another computer and then run it on your laptop. Please come to the Interactive Learning Center in CL231 for assistance.
