	Electronic Access

	- While visiting the Library, all users may access the Library's collection of online journals and databases. - Also see recommended free electronic resources for alumni and the public. - From off-campus, the ProQuest Research Library is available to members of the UCSF Online Alumni Association, Library Associates, and Corporate Borrowers.



	Getting Articles

	- Photocopying in the Library - Printing in the Library - Requesting articles through Loansome Doc: Loansome Doc is an article retrieval service sponsored by the National Library of Medicine. Contact the UCSF Medical Center Library at Mount Zion to register for this service.



	Borrowing Materials

	- Dues-paying UC Alumni are eligible for free borrowing accounts. - Other UC alumni may obtain a borrowing account for an annual fee. - More information on library borrowing privileges. [back to top]



	Classes

	- The Library offers free classes on a variety of subjects.



	Reference Assistance

	- Reference assistance is available in person and by telephone.
